‘Democracy for survival’

Published December 1, 2001

MULTAN, Nov 30: The only way to rescue the country is by removing the present undemocratic government.

This was stated by Multan PPP president Khurshid Ahmad in a meeting arranged on the eve of PPP foundation day on Friday.

He said return of Benazir government is necessary for the restoration of democracy.

He maintained workers would fight all the challenges by following in the footsteps of leader Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto.—Nouman
