DERA GHAZI KHAN, March 4: Local newsmen held a rally in front of the offices of the Dera senior superintendent of police on Tuesday, seeking recovery of a national daily correspondent who went missing seven days ago.

Sheikh Latif, according to his family, has been kidnapped by some influential people. Police, they say, are reluctant to register a case against accused Khalid Khosa and his aides

According to them, Sheikh Latif had visited the house of Khalid Khosa to get his money but did not return. The SSP assured the journalist that police would act swiftly to recover the missing man.
