KARACHI: APNS function on 18th

KARACHI, March 4: The annual award ceremony of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) will now be held in the city on March 18.

This was decided at an APNS executive committee meeting presided over by Mumtaz A. Tahir. APNS president Hameed Haroon, who is recovering from accident injuries, also attended the meeting briefly.

APNS secretary general Qazi Asad Abid presented the annual accounts in the meeting.

It was also decided to hold a general body meeting of the society for the annual elections, and to discuss certain amendments to the APNS constitution, on March 19.
