ISLAMABAD, March 3: The Election Commission (EC) on Monday notified names of 88 successful candidates elected to Senate on general and reserved seats for women, Ulema and technocrats from Punjab, Sindh, NWFP and Balochistan provinces.

Following is the list of elected senators:

PUNJAB (general seats): Mohammad Ishaque Dar, Shaukat Aziz, Tariq Azeem Khan, Lt-Gen Javed Ashraf Qazi (retired), Syed Sajjad Hussain Bokhari, Mohammad Ali Durrani, Kamil Ali Agha, Naeem Hussain Chattha, Dr Shahzad Waseem, Mohammad Amjad Abbas, Syed Dilawar Abbas, Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry, Sajid Mir and Sardar Mohammad Latif Khan Khosa.

PUNJAB (Reserved seats for technocrats and Ulema): Dr Mohammad Akbar Khawaja, S.M. Zafar, Dr Khalid Ranjha and Chaudhry Mohammad Anwar Bhinder.

PUNJAB (reserved seats for women): Saadia Abbasi, Gulshan Saeed, Nighat Agha and Razina Alam Khan.

SINDH (general seats): Mohammad Amin Dadabhoy, Babar Khan Ghori, Justice (Retd) Abdul Razzaq Thahim, Dr Safdar Ali Abbasi, Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Mohammad Abbas Komaili, Mohammadmian Soomro, Mian Raza Rabbani, Asif Jatoi, Abdullah, Ahmed Ali, Maulana Shah Ahmed Noorani Siddiqui, Abdul Latif Ansari and Mohammad Enver Baig.

SINDH (reserved seats for technocrats and Ulema): Farooq Hamid Naek, Mrs Tanveer Khalid, Nisar Ahmad Memon and Prof Mohammad Saeed Siddiqui.

SINDH (reserved seats for Mrs. Rukhsana Zuberi, Bibi Yasmeen Shah, Abida Saif, advocate and Nighat Mirza.

NWFP (general seats): Mohammad Azam Khan Swati, Waqar Ahmed Khan, Shujaul Mulk, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan, Gulzar Ahmad Khan, Syed Hidayatullah Shah, Professor Khurshid Ahmed, Khalilur Rehman, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Maulana Rahat Hussain, Sahibzada Khalid Jan, Professor Mohammad Ibrahim Khan, Asfandyar Wali and Sardar Mahtab Ahmed.

NWFP (reserved seats for technocrats and Ulema): Ilyas Ahmad Bilour, Dr Mohammad Said, Farhatullah Babar and Maulana Samiul Haq.

NWFP (reserved seats for women): Aneesa Zeb Tahir Kheli, Fauzia Fakhar-uz-Zaman Khan, Dr Kauser Firdaus and Mumtaz Bibi.

BALOCHISTAN (general seats): Mir Wali Mohammad Badini, Dr Azizullah Satakzai, Mohammad Sarwar Khan Kakar, Mouhim Khan Baloch, Mir Mohammad Naseer Mengal, Dr Mohammad Ismail Buledi, Ayaz Khan Mandokhail, Rehmatullah Kaker, advocate, Haji Liaquat Ali Bangulzai, Sanaullah Baloch, Nawab Mohammad Ayaz Khan Jogezai, Mohammad Aslam Buledi, Raza Mohammad Raza and Mohammad Akram.

BALOCHISTAN (reserved seats for technocrats and Ulema): Kamran Murtaza, Maulvi Agha Mohammad, Saeed Ahmed Hashmi and Amanullah Kanrani.
