LAHORE, Feb 28: The Punjab governor rejected the city district government representation against the provincial ombudsman’s order regarding payment of bills to a contractor.
Complainant Khalil Ahmad stated that he was granted a civil works contract for Rs24,980 by the defunct Metropolitan Corporation of Lahore (MCL) on January 28, 1999.
