SHEIKHUPURA, Nov 28: Two friends were killed on Wednesday when a Jaranwala bound train hit their car (LOY-935) at an unmanned level crossing, some three kilometres from here, near Warburton.
Jawad Beg died instantly while his friend Shahzad Akram, who sustained serious injuries, expired at the local DHQ Hospital two hours after the accident. Their bodies have been sent to the city mortuary for autopsy.
