KARACHI: PTCL issues 200 demand notes

KARACHI, Feb 27: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company has distributed 200 demand notes among those who applied for telephone connections over the past two days in Nazimabad.

A PTCL spokesman told Dawn on Thursday that the demand notes had been issued on the spot. He added that phones would be installed 48 hours after the payment of PTCL charges.

He said that demand notes would also be distributed among applicants in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on the spot.
