KARACHI, Nov 27: Paragon Construction CC continued on their winning streak, registering a 32-run triumph over Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), in the Sixteenth Karachi Gymkhana Ramazan Festival cricket tournament played at the Karachi Gymkhana ground Tuesday.

Winning the toss and electing to bat first, Paragon were bowled out for 136 runs in 22.5 overs with Humayun Farhat (53) and Imran Farhat (22), batting with plenty of confidence.

Right-arm medium fast Niazamuddin snapped up 2/27 and left-arm Adnan Malik 2/34.

Set a relatively easy task for victory, SSGC in reply were bundled out for 104 runs in only 17.1 overs with Fahadullah the only batsmen to put up some resistance with 39 runs to his credit.

Rana Naveed using the new ball for good measure led the attack with figures of 3 for 38. Spinners Qaiser Abbas and Shoaib Malik chipped in with two for 20 and two for 25 respectively.
