KHAIRPUR, Feb 15: The shortage of water in Sindh will soon be overcome and no political pressure will be tolerated towards curbing of the water theft.

This was stated by provincial minister for irrigation and power Pir Sadruddin Shah Rashidi while talking to a delegation of newsmen at Hadal Shah in Kingri taluka the other day.

He said that efforts were being made to ensure the availability of irrigation water to tail-end growers, adding that growers should identify people involved in the water theft, enabling the authorities to take strict action against them.

Mr Rashidi said that efforts were being made to reorganize the Pakistan Muslim League-F.
