MINGORA, Feb 11: Two persons were shot dead and another was seriously injured when some unidentified men opened indiscriminate fire on them near Qandil village in upper Swat on Sunday.
Gul Zaman, resident of Qandil Madyan, Gul Khan, son of Haleem, resident of Besham, and another man, whose name could not be known, were attacked between Qandil and Kalakot villages.
Gul Zaman and his companion died on the spot, while Gul Khan sustained serious injuries. The Matta police registered the case.
