LAHORE, Feb 10: Punjab PML-Q information secretary Kamil Ali Agha has welcomed the Sindh chief minister’s statement that the Kalabagh dam issue could be resolved through mutual consultations.

In a press statement on Monday, he said the Sindh governor and the chief minister should hold talks with politicians, intellectuals, journalists and notables to mobilize public opinion on the issue.

Mr Agha said the dam would be lifeline of Pakistan’s economy and help bring about a green revolution.
