LAHORE, Feb 9: Superior College, Lahore won the Punjab University Inter-collegiate boys badminton championship defeating Government Murray College, Sialkot 2-0 in the final at the Islamia College, Civil Lines courts on Saturday.
Results: Shabbar Abbas bt Zeeshan Rana 15-5, 15-5; Syed Balal bt Irfan Rana 12-15, 15-8, 15-6. Third position match (Punjab University Teaching Departments beat University Law College 2-0): Tahir Shah bt Sameer 15-3, 15-0; Gohar Ijaz bt Abdul Wadood 15-5, 15-5.
