KARACHI, Feb 7: Billiards and Snooker Federation of India (BSFI) has accepted the entries of Pakistani cueists Muhammad Yousuf and Saleh Muhammad for the Asian Snooker Championship being held at Kolkota from April 17 to 26.

Indian Interior Ministry and Sports Ministry will process the case and communicate the issuance of visa to India High Commission in Islamabad.

More than 50 players representing 25 countries are expected to feature in the ten-day competition.

Former World Amateur Champion Muhammad Yousuf, a senior cueist on Asian and world circuit, will be taking part in his record 16th Asian championship, having won the crown at Karachi in 1998.—APP
