NEW DELHI, Feb 5: A dialogue between India and Pakistan is always better than “frozen diplomatic relations” and it is for New Delhi to make a move, United States Ambassador Robert Blackwill said in Bangalore on Wednesday.
Mr Blackwill told newsmen: “We have expressed our view and can do nothing more than that. It is now for the Indian government to make the move.”
Asked whether the US was tilting towards India now, he said: “We don’t tilt. We think we can have good relationship with both India and Pakistan.”—APP
