LAHORE, Feb 2: People travelling by trains on Sunday condemned the attitude of railways ticket issuing officials.
A passenger, Farrukh, said he recently bought a ticket for Karachi, but lost it on his way home. When he returned to the railways reservation counter and flashed his identity card for getting a duplicate ticket, he complained, the clerk refused to issue him a duplicate ticket and insisted him to buy another.
Some other passengers pointed fingers at the delay they faced in getting ticket, and voiced for relief to the travellers.—APP
