He did not have any right to rule the country at any given time. He must be tried in not just one case but so many other cases as well including selling off his fellow country men to USA for sake of a few hundred dollars that he himself admitted in his own book....

Just five years ago, Pakistan was one of the fastest growing country in the 138UN member states with 7% GDP growth (ZAIDI), low inflation of 6.6% for fy01-o8, low deficit of 4.3% and FDI of 5.4B$ (NAUMAN) with 62 rupees to a dollar and got rid of IMFas compared to 2.5% GDP and only 500 million dollars FDI with massive corruption during the PPP led govt.It is shame that the ppp govt went back to IMF and the next govt has to go to IMF again to prevent default. It will further depreciate inflation, raise taxes and cut back on sobsidies which will increase inflation , unemployment and violence and make the life of the man on the street even more miserable. All the civilian govts failed to deliver on their promises, it only benefited the politicians to write off their debts and misappropriate developing funds. It was the ppp and PML-N govts that ruined the economy.
