Similarly, seven cases of robbery, three in I-9, two in Golra, one each in Tarnol and Secretariat police stations were reported.

Five money snatching incidents were also reported in federal capital.

Capital police also nabbed two drunkards who were on a rampage on the roads while four accidents, one each in the limits of Golra, Bhara Kahu, Sihala and Kohsar police stations, were reported during the period.

A girl was kidnapped in the jurisdiction of I-9 police station and a case of child molestation was also reported in Sihala police station.

The case of molestation of 12-year-old boy, Majid, was registered on the orders of the assistant superintendent of police (ASP), because the station house officer and ASI Sihala refused to register the case.

Theft cases were also reported last week in the limits of Sihala police station, but not a single FIR was registered.

A body was also found in Tarnol limits while a report of murder case was registered by Bhara Kahu police.—APP
