Designers from Sri Lankan,India,Pakistan and Palestine were among the dozens of fashion designers that displayed their work at the three day event that began on Wednesday. The event highlights local talent and aims to tap foreign fashion buyers. Garments are key to Sri Lanka's exports, controlling more than 50 per cent of the country' s revenue.—Text by AFP/Images by Agencies
