Published January 30, 2003

KARACHI, Jan 29: The Sindh Democratic Alliance and the rest of partners in Sindh coalition have claimed that they had succeeded in resolving their differences.

During an informal chat with newsmen in the office of the Deputy Speaker, Rahila Tiwana, the leaders, Ms Tiwana, Dr Arbab Ghulam Rahim, Irfanullah Marwat, Imtiaz Shaikh and some other leaders claimed that an agreement had reached between the SDA and other coalition partners. They, however, gave no details.

They pointed out that a lot of other officials had been continuing to hold important offices in spite of the fact that cases against them were pending.—PPI
