One killed in Indian shelling

SIALKOT, Jan 28: A Pakistani villager, Mohammad Jamshaid (32), was martyred in Indian shelling in border village in sector Sucheetgarh of Sialkot working boundary, here on Tuesday.

According to official sources, he was standing outside his house when some Indian shells hit him, killing him on the spot.

The Indian security continued firing on Pakistani border villages on Tuesday with heavy machine guns on Sialkot working boundary’s Chhumb Joriyaan, Bajwat, Chaprar, Sucheetgarh, Jammu, Saamba, Akhnoor, Bajragarhi and Zafarwal-Shakargarh-Narowal sectors, killing several cattle and badly damaging four houses.

The Chenab Rangers responded immediately and effectively, killing an Indian soldier, besides, destroying two Indian defensive pillars and causing heavy defensive loss to the enemy.
