KARACHI, Jan 28: A division bench of the SHC, comprising Justice Shabbir Ahmed and Justice Azizullah M. Memon, dismissed on Tuesday the acquittal appeal of Sabir Shah, in which he had prayed to set aside the life sentence awarded by an anti-narcotics court.

According to the prosecution, the Anti-narcotics Force on August 1, 1999 raided Sabir’s house in Clifton and recovered 15kg charas from his possession. He was tried in an anti-narcotics court.
