THATTA, Jan 26: The debate over human cloning in a public bus led to a scuffle and injuries to a participant on Sunday.

A correspondent of a Sindhi daily and an NGO activist, Kashif Raza and Mustafa Zaur, respectively, were debating on the pros and cons, legitimacy and social aspects of human cloning in a Thatta-bound bus when they were interrupted by a religious-minded man.

The religious man rose from his seat and hurled abusive language at the two debaters, leaving them dumbfounded.

According to eyewitness reports, the religious man attacked both the debaters with a blunt item and injured Kashif.

However, other passengers managed to restrain the aggressive man from doing any further damage.
