Karachi blast and official apathy

KARACHI seems to be on the hit list of target killers. The blast last Sunday was yet another jolt that took over 50 innocent lives and injured hundreds of people in the massive bombing.

The government’s announcement of Rs1.50 million for each affected family could not be the compensation of any of the precious lives lost in the tragic incident.

Could this meagre amount of money be a substitute for those who have left their loving ones for eternal rest?

The government is requested to probe into the incident and take concrete steps against this terror which has overwhelmed the citizens.

The Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently. Unfortunately this is not the case in Pakistan.... we will suffer and keep on suffering hope fully one day we will rise. We will be committed in carrying out our duties... in accordance with both the letter and spirit of all applicable rules of ethics and canons of conduct. Have faith it can move mountains

It won't be long before Pakistan's Christians are invited to seek asylum in the United States while Muslims only seeking jobs will be excluded from US residency. There are always repercussions in these circumstances. Militants and hotheads don't care if they ruin things for other people.
