KARACHI, Feb 26: Four ships carrying containers and mogas are expected to arrive at the outer anchorage of Karachi Port on Wednesday. On Tuesday, Capri Cement, FPMC P Eagle, Northern Prelude and UASC Khorfakan were berthed at the port while Wan Hai 601, Cape Flores, Ikan Perang and Mol Dignity sailed out.

Total cargo handled at Karachi Port on Tuesday amounted to 101,301 tons comprising of 68,891 tons of import and 41,410 tons of exports.The following ships are expected to arrive at Karachi Port on Wednesday: Constantinos with mogas and Naxihe, APL Brisbane and BBC Rhine with containers.

Port Qasim KARACHI: Nedlloyd Tasman carrying containers was allotted berth at Qasim International Container Terminal while CMA CGM Moliere, Anette Kosan, Mercury and Al- Soor-II, carrying containers, chemicals and diesel oil also arrived at outer anchorage of Port Qasim during the last 24 hours, a PQA press release issued on Tuesday said.

Maersk Kentucy, Nedlloyd Tasman, Julian, Clipper Viking and Al-Salam II occupied PQA berths to load/offload containers, iron ore, chemicals and diesel oil during last 24 hours.

A cargo volume of 29,232 tons comprising 28,510 tons imports and 722 tons exports was handled at Port Qasim during the last 24 hours.
