KARACHI, Jan 21: An unmanned United States air force Predator spy plane crashed during a test flight near Jacobabad on Monday, a police official said on Tuesday.

The drone crashed on Monday evening moments after it took off from the air base in Jacobabad, senior superintendent of police, Rana Fateh Sher Joya, told Reuters.

“It crashed because of technical problems and not because of any hostile fire,” he said. “There was no casualty on the ground.”
