TAXILA, Feb 14: Robbers shot a shopkeeper dead in Asifabad locality in limits of Wah Saddar police station on Wednesday evening.
Police sources said that two masked men riding a motorcycle came to Jadoon General Store around 9pm and held the shopkeeper Daryaft Khan at gunpoint and tried to loot the cash.
When the shopkeeper raised alarm and showed resistance, they opened fire at him killing him on the spot and fled. The police sources said that no cash has missing from the cash counter.— Correspondent
