ISLAMABAD, Jan 20: The religious affairs ministry has made special arrangements for sending Hujjaj from Islamabad airport who would be effected by foggy or inclement weather at Peshawar and Lahore.

Official sources on Monday said that the intending pilgrims from Peshawar and Lahore, in event of foggy weather, would be airlifted to Saudi Arabia from Islamabad airport by special flights.

All the facilities including accommodation and travelling would be provided by the ministry, the sources added.

More than 13,000 pilgrims had been moved to Saudi Arabia from Islamabad airport.—APP
