HYDERABAD, Jan 20: The University of Sindh has extended the date for submission of admission forms to MPA (evening) and postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration up to Feb 6.

The admission forms are available at the Habib Bank, old campus, Hyderabad, and Jamshoro branches.

The test for admission will be conducted on Feb 12 at 4pm at the department of Management Sciences, Allama I.I. Kazi campus, Jamshoro.

The university has also notified that the date for the admission to the affiliated degree colleges has been extended up to Feb 20.

The admissions will take place to BA, BSc, BCom, BSW, BSc (Home Economics) pass-I and II classes and MA, MSc, MCom (previous and final) and Diploma in Public Administration for the session 2002-2003 and 2001-2002, respectively.

CONVOCATION: The candidates, who have applied for receiving gold medals and PhD degrees at the Sindh University convocation, 2001, have been asked to provide a passport size colour photograph to the publication committee for the convocation up to Jan 24.

Announcing this on Monday, the convener of the publication committee said that the photographs would be published in the souvenir of the convocation.

The convocation will be held on Jan 30 at Allama I.I, Kazi campus, Jamshoro.

POSITION HOLDERS: The University of Sindh has announced the names of the position holders in MSc (honours) final, Chemistry, semester examinations, 2001.

Ashiq Ali Shah, son of Allah Bachayo Jamote, has secured first position while Mohammad Imran Junejo, son of Mohammad Ismail Junejo, and Ghansham Das, son of Chela Ram, have secured second and third positions, respectively.
