Girl killed on road

CHAKWAL, Feb 8: A 10-year-old girl was hit and killed by a recklessly driven van here on Friday.

Iqra Bibi, a resident of Chakora village, was returning home from a seminary when the carry van (LWH-1714) knocked her down near District Complex. The driver of the van fled from the scene leaving his vehicle behind. The Saddar police impounded the vehicle and started efforts to trace him.
