KARACHI, Feb 8: Nine ships carrying containers, mogas and other cargo are expected arrive at the outer anchorage of Karachi Port on Saturday.

On Friday, APL Chicago and Bison Express were berthed at the port. Meanwhile, Ever Result, APL Shenzhen and Bison Express sailed out.

Total cargo handled at Karachi Port on Friday amounted to 126,764 tons comprising of 108,476 tons of import and 18,288 tons of exports.

The following ships are expected to arrive at Karachi Port on Saturday: Kamome Victoria with mogas, Hellespont Pride with naphtha, Chemroad Mega and Chem World with ethanol, Emirates Mombassa, Shayan 1 and Cape Flores with containers, Bulk Arrow with cement and Arundel Castle with talc.
