KARACHI, Jan 18: National Bank, powered by a Mohammad Ismail Jr hat trick, outplayed Young Jamal 4-1 to reach quarterfinals in the All-Pakistan Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto football tournament at Shafi Stadium on Saturday.

NBP got off to a flying start by taking the lead when Nasir Ismail headed home a 35th-minute Naseem Akhtar free kick.

The second goal came after Ismail capitalised on a Nasir pass in the 53rd minute followed by two more from Ismail in the 62nd minute and 66th minute which completed his hat trick.

Asghar Ali of Young Jamal got the consolation goal in the 82nd minute.

Sindh Police reached the last 16 after a goalless draw with Afghan Club Chaman.
