LAHORE, Jan 24: The United States is supporting and promoting entrepreneurship in Pakistan, which is vital to country’s future.

This was stated by USAID Lahore Deputy Director Gail M. Spence at a meeting of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) at Royal Palm Golf and Country Club on Thursday.Ms Spence said the US Agency for International Development (USAID) had been providing technical support and financial assistance in sectors like dairy, agribusiness and trade.

Economic Counselor at the US Consulate of Lahore Frank Talluto apprised the participants of the forthcoming projects being launched by the State and other departments of his country.
