KARACHI, Jan 17: Tehreek-i-Istiqlal on Friday staged a protest demonstration in front of Karachi Press Club to denounce the aggressive designs of the United States against Iraq and its new registration laws. It also demanded restoration of the 1973 Constitution in Pakistan.

Carrying banners and placards inscribed with anti-US slogans, and criticizing registration of Muslims in the US and FBI’s operations and raids in Pakistan, the demonstrators demanded of the government to stop cooperation with the US.—PPI
