India in no hurry on Kashmir issue NEW DELHI: The second round of Indo-Pakistan Ministerial level talks on Kashmir, beginning here tomorrow evening, will be another “exploratory” effort and the Indian Government may ask for another conference in the series next month, according to well-informed sources in New Delhi.

Though leaders of both the delegations were cautious in their comments and pretended to be hopeful while talking to newsmen at the airport, well-informed sources in Delhi believe the Indian Government is in no hurry to settle the 15-year-old complicated issue after obtaining hopeful signs at the recent talks with Mrs Sirima Bandaranaike, Mr Ali Sabry and Mr Aforo-Atta regarding the possibilities of resuming border talks with China. — Correspondent
