KARACHI, Jan 14: All marriage lawns set up in the sports complex grounds on Kashmir Road will be closed down and the area will be used only for sports activities, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation administrator Mohammad Hussain Syed has said.

Speaking at a sports function on Monday at the complex, he said the KMC sports complex would be fully reserved for sports activities.

He said a football stadium, bowling alley, shooting ball stadium and tennis courts would be built here to promote sports. The construction would start within a few weeks, he added.—Staff Reporter
