All those entering Islamabad for the long march will be subjected to possession of valid CNICs and all buses will need to have valid documents without any lacuna.

It was also decided that an undertaking would have to be signed by owners of transport vehicles that the owner, driver and conductor would be held responsible if any terrorist was found in the vehicle or blast in the vehicle.

Moreover, the owner of the transport vehicle would be responsible for compensation in case of any death.

The students being brought in the long march must be in possession of valid student identity cards of their institution.

The meeting decided that sponsors of the transport vehicle will be subject to declaration of source of income to justify their expenses.

The organisers of the rally would have to justify expenditures for offering huge transport to the students and others.
