LARKANA, Jan 2: The interim cabinet of the Arts Council of Pakistan, Larkana, was installed by Larkana division commissioner Dr Saeed Ahmed Mangnejo on Wednesday.
According to a press release issued by the arts council, Prof Mukhtiar Samo was given the charge of interim vice president, Amir Ali Abro secretary and Ali Gohar Sangi was made the interim treasurer. Additional commissioner-I Jawed Ali Jagirani was given the office of election commissioner.
The press release stated that the outgoing cabinet finished its two-year term on Dec 31. Elections for the cabinet of 2013-2015 would be held on Jan 14.—BoC
