KARACHI, Dec 20: The winter vacation in all public and private schools in Sindh will commence on Saturday (Dec 22) and will end on Dec 31.
According to the decision of the education department’s steering committee in January 2012, all schools in the province will follow the given schedule according to which the summer vacation is observed in July and August while 10 days, from Dec 22 to Dec 31, are reserved for the winter vacation.
The schedule was confirmed by deputy secretary of academic training Rafiq Setho and the All Private School Management Association on Thursday.—Staff Reporter
