NAWABSHAH, Dec 3: At least 10 passengers were injured when a Peshawar-bound coach overturned near Sakrand on the National Highway on Monday.

The victims included Sikander Ali, Shahzad, Raham Khan, Ali Raza, Shoaib and two women, Asmat Khan and Imtiaz Begum. Initial reports suggested that the coach, coming from Karachi, overturned due to uneven and damaged road near Keerio petrol pump.

The injured passengers were taken to the Taluka Hospital Sakrand and later two of them, Shoaib and Imtiaz Begum, were shifted to the People’s Medical College Hospital, Nawabshah.
