Nadra and mistakes

Published November 29, 2012

I AM a Canadian citizen. I got my National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) for two of my children from the local Nadra office in Tando Allahyar district.

To my surprise, after all documentation there were gross errors in both NICOP. One had the wrong birth date and the other had the last name missing, although I provided all the names and date of births. Given such a poor service from Nadra, one can safely conclude that either the staff is incompetent or has too much workload.
