Fourth round matches begin today

KARACHI, Jan 7: The fourth round of Quaid-i-Azam Trophy National Cricket Championship begins on Wednesday with Allied Bank Limited (ABL) certain to maintain an unblemished record.

Having thoroughly outclassed reigning champions Karachi Whites inside three days, ABL should expected a cakewalk against minnows Dadu at Asghar Shah Stadium here.

Karachi Whites, meanwhile, are running out of time since they have so far chalked up just three points in as many matches. They meet Multan at UBL Sports Complex in this penultimate round clash.

The outright results of remaining 10 matches will obviously depend on weather, which of late, has drastically curtailed play in most of the games in the Punjab.
