KARACHI, Jan 7: Afzal Sports registered a six-wicket victory over Bright Gymkhana, in the KCCA Zone III B Division League cricket tournament played on Tuesday at the KGA ground.

Bright Gymkhana winning the toss and batting first, were bowled out for 190 runs in their 35 allotted overs with Mohammad Ali (54), along with Afzal Qureshi and Saleem Shahbuddin scoring 32 runs apiece.

Spinners Zafarullah Jan three for 47 and Zahidullah Jan three for 50, bowled well for the winning side.

Afzal Sports reached the target of 191 losing five wickets in 30.1 overs, thanks to a splendid unbeaten knock of 86 runs by Zahidullah Jan. Siraj Khan bagged two for 38 for the losing side.
