Protest against kidnapping

JACOBABAD, Jan 4: A strike was observed against the kidnapping of Nanik Ram, a medical store owner, in Kashmore Taluka on Friday.

All the shops remained closed. Besides, a protest rally was taken out.

The protesters raised slogans against the police. They observed a sit-in and blocked the National Highway for four hours due to which a traffic jam was caused.

The DPO, Jacobabad, arrived there and assured them that strict action would be soon taken against the culprits.
