KARACHI, Jan 4: The University of Karachi on Saturday announced the result of M.A. (External), final year, annual examination, 2001.
Louis Fernandes secured first class first position in the International Relations, with 625 marks out of 1,000.
Mohammad Afzal with 582 marks stood second, while Samreen Siddiq with 568 marks, was declared third.
Total 689 candidates appeared in the examination and of these 341 were declared successful which took the success rate to 49.49 per cent.
The varsity announced that the marks certificates were being issued.—APP
