RAWALPINDI, Oct 6: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) hearing a petition of Sehba Musharraf, the wife of former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf, adjourned the proceedings until Nov 3, DawnNews reported.

Today’s hearing was adjourned to Nov 3 as ATC Special Judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman had gone on a leave.

The court has been hearing a plea filed by Sehba against the declaration of her husband as a proclaimed offender (PO) in the Benazir Bhutto assassination case and the start of the process for confiscation of his assets.

The court had declared Gen Musharraf a proclaimed offender in August last year and had attached his moveable and immovable property and bank accounts.

Earlier on Oct 6, the ATC had asked Sehba to submit proof of her income deposited in the couple’s joint bank accounts.
