RESERVING court judgments has become a common practice and at times reserved judgments are not announced for many months.

This leaves no recourse to the aggrieved party for any further action or redress.

This is being practised by judges, specially the judges of lower courts, with impunity without fear of reprisal or reprimand and some times is done only for undue considerations.

In the interest of speedy justice and to alleviate the sufferings of litigants, the Chief Justice the Supreme Court may kindly take cognizance of this matter by issuing guidelines/limits to stop this denial.

In some cases great injustice, inconvenience,  mental or financial torture is being caused by this delay/denial of justice.
