KARACHI, Sept 28: All field offices of State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) and designated branches of NBP will remain open on Saturday and Sunday till 8:00pm for collection of taxes and duties.

All banks/microfinance banks (MFBs) are advised to provide banking facilities till such time that is necessary to facilitate special clearing by the NIFT to be held immediately after 4:00 pm on Sunday.

RTOs: The three Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) will remain open from 8:00 till 8:00pm on Saturday and on Sunday till 10:00pm for receiving income tax returns.

Arrangements have also been made for collecting return forms. Besides, special counters and help desks have been setup for receiving annual tax returns at different Inland Revenue offices.
