ISLAMABAD, Sept 14: The Workers Party Pakistan staged a protest at Aabpara against the fires in two industrial units at Karachi and Lahore.
They slammed the anti-worker policies of successive governments and demanded accountability for the death of the over 300 workers in the infernos.
The protesters chanted slogans against the ruling elite, international financial institutions and employers and held banners and placards demanding criminal action against the responsible parties.—Staff Reporter
