Jamali, Chattha meet

LAHORE, Dec 23: Prime Minister Zafarullah Khan Jamali has asked PML-C President Hamid Nasir Chattha to propose some formula for the unification of various factions of the Pakistan Muslim League.

The two leaders discussed the matter when the prime minister visited Mr.Chattha at his Ahmed Nagar residence in Gujranwala district.

It is said that the prime minister wants even the PML-N to take along.

Efforts will be made to unite the PML-Q, the PML (Jinnah), the PML (Functional), the PML-N and the PML-C.

UMRA: Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali will perform Umra immediately after getting the confidence vote on Dec 30, sources say.

He will go to Saudi Arabia by a commercial flight.
