Schools closed today

KARACHI, Aug 16: All schools in the province will remain closed on Friday on account of Jumatul Wida.

This was announced by Director of Schools Hafiz Mohammad Ali on Thursday.

The fresh holiday notification will practically be effective only for private schools — which reopened on Aug 1 after the summer vacation — as the vacation in government schools will end on Sept 1.
